Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (in further text: the Bank) announces that Croatian National Bank (in further text: CNB) has published an information on its webpages - that CNB Council, at the session held on November 10 2016, approved the extension of term of office for Management Board members Mr Domagoj Karadjole and Mr Mladen Mrvelj.

Upon receiving CNB's Resolution on this matter, information will be published in more detail by the Bank.
