Natasa Agathocleous: Ms. Natasa Agathocleous holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Southbank University, London and attended a series of professional courses and seminars at Emile Woolf College for Accountants and the New York Institute of Finance. Ms. Agathocleous worked at Moody's Investor Services in New York and London and since 2003 she is managing director at Natavel Ltd.

Andreas I. Karydes: Mr. Andreas Karydes holds an LLB (Hons.) from Lancaster University, is a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln's Inn) and an insolvency practitioner. During 2002-2007, Mr. Karydes worked in two law firms and then established the law firm ANDREAS I. KARYDES & CO LLC where he works to this day as managing director. Mr. Karydes has, inter alia, experience in the fields of corporate law, banking and financial electronic communications, electronic payments and etrade as well as real estate.

Elias A. Agapiou: Mr. Elias Agapiou holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Southbank University, London, an ACCA and a diploma in accounting. Mr. Agapiou worked at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Ekkeshi Consultants Ltd., A. Chrysanthou & Co Ltd and Markos Drakos Ltd. In 2018, he established PLATINUMSERVE LIMITED where he works to this day as managing director.

Constantinos D. Lambrianides: Mr. Constantinos Lambrianides holds an LLB (Hons) from Middlesex University, a post-graduate LLM from Queen Mary and Westfield College and is a Barrister-at-Law. From 2002 to 2015, he worked in two law firms and since 2016 he works at the law firm George Y. Yiangou LLC as head of the International Litigation Department. Mr. Lambrianides has inter alia experience in the fields of corporate law, banks, contracts, constructions and civil wrongs.

Polycarpos Panayiotou: Mr. Polycarpos Panayiotou holds a BSc (Hons) in Maritime Studies and a PgD in Maritime Operations from Liverpool John Moores University as well as an MSc in Maritime Operations (Major in Maritime Law). He worked at Columbia Shipmanagement Ltd, Andreas Neocleous & Co LLC, Hanseatic Shipping Company Ltd, Admibros Shipmanagement Co Ltd, Gulf Agency Co. (Cyprus) Ltd and Exsus International Ltd (EXSUS Group) where he served as managing director of the Group.
