Structural adjustment

Capinordic A/S has decided to increase its focus on utilizing the Swedish business potential and at the same time to reduce the resource allocation in Denmark.

The change in resource allocation will affect the Danish management team, and by mutual agreement the below employees have chosen to resign their posts in Capinordic A/S:
