Independent expert fully confirms Telefónica Deutschland’s MBA MVNO pricing

Today, the independent expert has submitted his decision concerning the pricing preview initiated by 1&1 Drillisch for the period after September 2017. The expert fully confirms his draft decision as of 24 October 2019. Thus, he rejects the request for a retroactive reduction of prices and confirms the prices stipulated in the MBA MVNO agreement for the capacity-based access of 1&1 Drillisch to the Telefónica Deutschland mobile network.

The price confirmation remains only subject to the outcome of a separately initiated procedure by Telefónica Deutschland in which the company has requested a proportional refund for frequency rights from the spectrum auction in 2015 from 1&1 Drillisch.

We reiterate our full-year 2019 guidance as well as our mid-term targets.
