NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Golden Bay in Larnaca on Wednesday, 16 September 2020, at 18.00 to transact the following ordinary business:

A. Examine the Management Report, the Corporate Governance Report, the Audited Annual Financial Statements of the Parent Company and the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for 2019 and the Auditors' Report.
B. Elect members to the Board of Directors.
C. Determine the remuneration of Directors.
D. Appoint the Statutory Auditors of the Company and authorise the Board to determine their fees.
