INTERFUND

Further to the announcement dated 1 September 2020 on the approval and publication of Prospectus dated 31 August 2020 ("Prospectus") for increase of the share capital with the issue of Rights, Interfund Investments announces that the payment of the amounts for the exercise of the Rights may also be made to the following bank account, in addition to the bank account kept at the Cyprus Development Bank Public Company Ltd stated in the Prospectus:
