Subject: Publication of Audited Financial Statements of Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited for the year 2019

In relation to the above-mentioned subject, we would like to inform you as follows.

Due to the developments of COVID-19, as you have been informed in our previous letter dated 31 August 2020, our company has taken strict measures, so the reduction of staff unfortunately results in a further delay of the announcement of the Audited Financial Statements for the year 2019.

We have taken all necessary measures to make a relevant publication of the Audited Financial Statements for the year 2019, so that we are able to publish no later than October 19, 2020.

The intention of our Company is not to adversely affect the interests of its members in any way.
