In accordance with the article 459 of the Capital Markets Act Hrvatska Poštanska Banka ("the Bank" hereafter) informs investment community that by the Resolution of Commercial Court in Zagreb R1-252/2016 from 10 August 2016 the Bank's Supervisory Board has been nominated for a period from 10 August until the 42nd Shareholders' Meeting on 5 September 2016. The Supervisory Board consists of the following persons: Dražen Kobas from Lučko, Ježdovečka 1, Nada Karaman Aksentijević from Rijeka, Hosti 7 and Niko Raič from Zagreb, Horvaćanska Road 25.

At the constituting Supervisory Board's meeting Dražen Kobas has been elected as the President and Nada Karaman Aksentijević as the Vice-President of the Supervisory Board.
