München, 30 January 2020, We have seen the allegations made by a certain Ontake Research against AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0JK2A8) in a report released today. These allegations are incorrect and unfounded. We vehemently deny these allegations.
We have not been contacted by this short seller ahead of the publication of this report, which constitutes a deliberate attempt to damage the reputation of AURELIUS with the goal of manipulating its share price and making speculative gains at the expense of our shareholders.
