Subject: Announcement on the held session of Management Board meeting

Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) in accordance with provisions of Article 121 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby announces that a Management Board meeting was held on the 26th of July 2016 during which the quarterly financial reports for the second quarter of 2016 and the semiannual financial reports for the first half of 2016 have been determined.

The quarterly financial reports for the second quarter of 2016 and the semiannual financial reports for the first half of 2016 shall be published in the prescribed terms in accordance with relevant regulations.
