ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject: Bond issue from Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited

Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the «Company») has decided to issue a new Bond "Series B Bond" which will be offered to a limited number of investors in order to increase the Company's cash available. The new Bond will not be submitted for public trading in the Cyprus Stock Exchange and it will have the following characteristics:

• Issue amount: €3 million
• Type: Non-convertible
• Interest: 3% per annum
• Duration: 5 years
• Minimum Investment amount: €50,000
• Collateral: Company assets of €3 million

The Company will keep the investing public informed of the above procedures and developments
