10. Other explanatory remarks:
On 30 January 2020, SCUR-Alpha 1138 GmbH (in future: Rebecca BidCo GmbH) entered into a stock purchase agreement with Volkswagen Vermögensverwaltungs-GmbH on the acquisition by SCUR-Alpha BidCo GmbH of the 76-per cent stake (5,320,000 ordinary shares) in RENK Aktiengesellschaft held by Volkswagen Vermögensveraltungs-GmbH. The closing of the stock purchase agreement and thus the transfer of the shares from Volkswagen Vermögensverwaltungs-GmbH to SCUR-Alpha 1138 GmbH is subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions.
