Subject: Notification of disposal of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with clause 430 of Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on disposal of 988 own shares (0,023 % of the share capital) on July 19, 2016, based on the Agreements on the transfer of own shares of the Company, concluded with the employees of the Company, in accordance with the decision of the Management Board of the Company taken at the meeting held on July 19, 2016, as an award for successful work in 2015.

After this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 27.957, which represents 0,665 % of the share capital of the Company.
