Subject: Notification of disposal of own shares

AD PLASTIK Inc., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) in accordance to clause 430 of Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on disposal of 2.817 of own shares (0,067 % of the share capital) on June 28, 2016, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company, concluded between the President and the members of the Management Board of the Company in acccordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of the Company taken at the meeting held on May 24, 2016, as an award for successful work of the President and the Members of the Management Board in 2015.

After this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 28.945, which represents 0,689 % of the share capital of the Company.
