We are informing You that Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc has received information from Visa Europe Limited that Visa Inc. completed its acquisition of Visa Europe Limited., upon which Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc has received certain compensation in cash and Visa Inc. preferred stock.

According to that, Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc has received net cash in amount of 3.368.580,59 EUR and 1.222 Visa Inc. preferred shares. The value of preferred shares due to some limitations and restrictions cannot be precisely determined at this moment.

After the third anniversary of the closing date of transaction, Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc is entitled to receive additional amount of approximately 290.000,00 EUR.
