Subject: Notification on release of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the May 27th, 2016 the Company released 1.435.401 treasury shares which represents 1,1389% of the share capital and on the May 31st, 2016 it released 18.677 treasury shares which represents 0,0148% of the share capital. After this releases the Company holds a total of 1.389.871 treasury shares which represents 1,1028% of Company's share capital.
