Hrvatska Poštanska Banka Plc (from now on: "the Bank") informs its shareholders that in accordance with the Resolution on the Allocation of the Profit Earned in 2015, adpoted on the Bank's shareholders' meeting on 16 May 2016, the dividend in the amount of HRK 15.2 per share will be paid on 30 May 2016.

The dividend will be paid to all shareholders of the Bank which were listed as share owners in the registry in the Central Depository and Clearing Company on 16 May 2016. The payment will be made by the Central Depositroy and Clearing Company.
