RE: Update on Company's Business Plan

Dear Sirs.

This letter is to present an update regarding the business plan of Intraware Investments Public Limited as it was disclosed in the Company's Admissions Document dated 23 December 2015. Intraware Investments Public Limited continues to act as an investment holding which sets perspectives of investing in various start-ups, companies of the production and service sectors of the emerging markets.

The year 2020 turned out to be a challenging year with the COVID-19 restrictions and lock downs. Many sectors very directly affected by the situation and many employees suffered as business very closed. The year 2020 highlighted the necessity for business digitalization for Intraware Investments Public Limited, as such a step leads to decreased volatility, diversification of the activity, globalization and mobility of any service.

Intraware Investments Public Limited has concentrated its team efforts on developing a digital product in a well-being industry which will link providers from fitness to balanced nutrition to equipment. The company plans to expand its activity in the digital sector in 2021, collaborating with various startups and experts. The company has continued developing, renewing, researching, creating and upgrading its knowhow products, collaborating with expert and designers.

Intraware Investments Public Limited is still on the path of expanding its investment portfolio and has acquired shares in a Radiology Group which has been created in 2015 by Drs. Theumann and Browaeys, and is now operating three centers in Payerne, Moudon (VD) and Riaz (FR). The clinics perform all main radiologic exams and offer high field MRI, last generation CTs, Mammographs and Echographs, dedicated intervention set ups and fully digitalized conventional equipment. The three modern radiology centers and located next to other medical centers which provide patients to the radiology facilities. The centers count more than 30 independent doctors. The deal was closed on 28^th of August 2020.

Intraware Investments Public Limited is continuing its path of developing its franchising projects in the CIS regions in 2020. 27 new contracts were signed for realization in 2021 and a completely brand-new franchising format is up for the market with no employees and fully digitalized approach.
