The Public Companies, ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES PLC, WOOLWORTH (CYPRUS) PROPERTIES PLC and CYPRUS TRADING CORPORATION PLC, inform interested shareholders and investors that, at the Board of Directors' Meetings which took place on 28.01.2021 and 29.01.2021 respectively, the Companies' Financial Statements were presented for the years ended on 31.12.2018 and 31.12.2019.

In view of the fact that the final technical review of the Financial Statements from the Group's Auditors is pending, it has been decided that the Meetings shall be adjourned and continue within the next few days, for final approval.
