The Public Companies, CYPRUS TRADING CORPORATION PLC, ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES PLC and WOOLWORTH (CYPRUS) PROPERTIES PLC inform interested shareholders and investors that they intend to publish of the Audited Financial Statements for the years ended 31.12.2018 and 31.12.2019, as well as an indication of the results for the year ended 31.12.2020, on the 16th March 2021.

The half-year Financial Statement for the period ended on 30.06.2019 and for the period ended on 30.06.2020 will be published within one week, namely until the 23rd March 2021. To this end, a Meeting of the Board of Directors shall be convened, for approval, on the 22nd March 2021.
