Pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of Capital Market Act (Official Gazette No. NN 88/08, 146/08, 74/09, 54/13, 159/13, 18/15 i 110/15) and Article 2 of Ordinance on Disclosure of Inside Information Concerning Directly the Issuer and on Determining Issuer's Legitimate Interest in Delay of Disclosure (Official Gazette No. 5/09 and 85/13), we hereby issue the following notice:

Đuro Đaković Specijalna vozila d.d., a company within Đuro Đaković Group and Patria Land Systems member of Patria Group have signed a contract on production and delivery of armoured wheeled vehicles PATRIA AMV 8X8 on 8th April 2016.

The armoured wheeled vehicles will be produced during the course of 2016 and delivered in 2017.
