LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd (the "Company") announces that, at its meeting of yesterday, its Board of Directors approved the Annual Report and the Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2020.
The Annual Report and the Financial Statements will be available on the Company's website (www.lcp-holdings.cpm) and the CSE website (www.cse.com.cy). Copies of the Annual Report and the Financial Statements will be available at the Company's registered office, 97, Kyrineias Avenue, 2113 Platy Aglantzias, Nicosia.
Furthermore, the Company announces that the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders will be held on Thursday, 17 June 2021 at 8:30 a.m.
The notice to the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be announced in due time prior to the holding of the Meeting pursuant to the provisions of the relevant legislation.
