Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the March 24th , 2016 the Company acquired 1.174.655 treasury shares which represent 0,9320% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 2.843.949 treasury shares representing 2,2566% of the share capital.
