Herewith we shall notify that as of today's date Capinordic A/S has decided to end as of today the sponsor cooperation with PARKEN Sport & Entertainment regarding their new arena, which was scheduled to be inaugurated by 1 January 2010. At the same time Capinordic A/S has requested PARKEN Sport & Entertainment A/S to repay to Capinordic A/S the DKK 1 million plus VAT prepayment made. Accordingly, apart from a single DKK 50,000 sponsorship with expiry by end of December 2010 Capinordic A/S has no further sponsorship obligations.
