Subject: Announcement in relation to the Court Decision

The District Court of Nicosia by its decision dated 2.6.2021 has dismissed the Petition of (1)

Frou-Frou Investments Ltd, (2) Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou-Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd and (3) Michalis (Alkis) Hadjikyriacos against Rolandos Enterprises Public Ltd, whereby the Petitioners sought a decision and or an order of the Court for the appointment of examiners in relation to the financial statements and management affairs of the Public Company.

The Petitioners had made various allegations of mismanagement, wastefulness as well as committing various wrongs and actions against the company itself and its shareholders. Allegations which were rejected by the court in its judgment and ordered the Petitioners to pay the costs.

In this regard, the company and its Board of Directors were vindicated in refuting these allegations as malicious and false. Therefore, this important court decision will inevitably cause the dismissal of other similar legal proceedings pending before the Nicosia District Court.
