Subject: Notification on completion of arbitration procedure-correction of verdict

Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with the Article 459. of the Law on capital market and Article 2. of the Rules on publication of privileged information, which are directly referring to issuer and on determination of reasonable interests of the issuer with the purpose of non-announcement, is announcing that it had received, on 29th of January 2016., Verdict on correction of verdict of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy in case of the claimant/ counterrespondent Glavice d.o.o. in bankruptcy, seated in Opuzen and respondent /counter-claimant , the Company ( as the legal successor of the respondent DUBROVNIK-BABIN KUK d.d. from Dubrovnik). By this Verdict on correction of verdict, costs declared in favor of the Company in amount of 1.615.410,13 HRK, determined in the verdict received on 22nd of January 2016, are corrected to the amount of 822.003,88 HRK.
