Pursuant to Article 123 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), announces the meeting of the Management Board of the Bank to be held on 02nd of February 2016 and the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Bank which will be held on 10th of February 2016.
