Subject: Notification on completion of arbitration procedure

Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with the Article 459. of the Law on capital market and Article 2. of the Rules on publication of privileged information, which are directly referring to issuer and on determination of reasonable interests of the issuer with the purpose of non-announcement, is announcing that it had received, on 22nd of January 2016.,verdict of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy in case of the claimant/ counter-respondent Glavice d.o.o. in bankruptcy, seated in Opuzen and respondent /counter-claimant , the Company ( as the legal successor of the respondent DUBROVNIK-BABIN KUK d.d. from Dubrovnik). By the verdict the Arbitration Court had completely rejected the claim of Glavice d.o.o. for the payment of amount of 64.058.078,29 HRK, and regarding counterclaim for determination of bankruptcy claims of the Company, confirmed the claims of the Company in amount of 20.931.712,00 HRK and declared in favor of the Company the costs of procedure in amount of 1.615.410,13 HRK.
