Further to our previous announcement of 24 May 2021 regarding the agreement (MOA) for the purchase of a RO RO car ferry, Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Ltd announces that the vessel has been received and the agreement has been concluded upon the full payment of the purchase consideration.
The vessel has been registered under the Cyprus flag and renamed RO RO VASSILIOS.
