Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and in accordance with provisions of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby informs that on the 21st of December 2015 the Company released 22.709 treasury shares which represent 0,0180% of Company's share capital. After this release the Company holds a total of 1.313.742 treasury shares which is 1,0424% of Company's share capital.
