Subject: Notification on acquisition of shares (Article 464 of Law on Capital Market)

Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with Article 124 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby informs that:

• 1. on the 21st of December 2015 Mr. Željko Kukurin, president of Company's Management Board acquired 15.777 regular shares of Valamar Riviera d.d. registered on the name, ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. Shares have been acquired based on Supervisory Board decision on advance payment of annual reward and Agreement on transfer of shares from the 21st of December 2015;
• 1. on the 21st of December 2015 Mr. Marko Čižmek, Company's Management Board member acquired 6.932 regular shares of Valamar Riviera d.d. registered on the name, ticker RIVP-R-A, without nominal value. Shares have been acquired based on Supervisory Board decision on advance payment of annual reward and Agreement on transfer of shares from the 21st of December 2015.
