STS Group AG postpones publication of the 2019 annual report to April 09, 2020, due to COVID-19 – Annual General Meeting rescheduled as well

Hallbergmoos/Munich , April 01, 2020. STS Group AG (ISIN: DE000A1TNU68 ; www.sts.group ), the global system supplier for the automotive and commercial vehicle industry, listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, postponed the publication of the 2019 annual report scheduled for April 02, 2020. The postponement became necessary against the background of the restrictions and measures to protect employees during the coronavirus pandemic and the need to include the latest developments of COVID-19 in the annual report.

The new publication date is scheduled for April 09, 2020. The annual report of STS Group AG will be available for download on sts.group in the Investor Relations section following its publication. For interested investors and press representatives, STS Group AG will hold a conference call on April 09, 2020, at 10.30 a.m.

As a consequence of the current restrictions, the Management also decided to reschedule the Annual General Meeting, which will now take place on July 14, 2020, instead of May 15, 2020, as previously planned.
