Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the December 15th , 2015 the Company acquired 22.500 treasury shares which represent 0,0179% of Company's share capital and on the December 17th, 2015 it acquired 29.379 treasury shares which represent 0,0233% of Company's share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 1.318.096 treasury shares representing 1,0459% of the share capital.
