Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the December 8th, 2015 the Company acquired 806 treasury shares which represents 0,0006% of the share capital and on the December 11th 2015 54.344 treasury shares or 0,0431% of the capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 1.266.217 treasury shares representing 1,0047% of the Company's share capital.
