Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the November 30th, 2015 the Company acquired 5.000 treasury shares which represents 0,0040% of the share capital, on the December 1st 2015 7.226 treasury shares or 0,0057% of the capital and on the December 2 nd, 2015 it acquired 13.751 treasury shares which represents 0,0109% of the share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 1.211.067 treasury shares representing 0,9610% of the Company's share capital.
