Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the November 11th, 2015 the Company acquired 22.530 treasury shares which represents 0,0179% of the share capital and on the November 12th, 2015 it acquired 13.773 treasury shares which represents 0,0109% of the share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 1.132.743 treasury shares representing 0,8988% of the Company's share capital.
