Election of Additional Vice-Chairwoman of the Board of Directors

It is hereby announced that, at its meeting of 14/07/2021, the Company's Board appointed Ms Stephanie Phoebe Michaelidou as non-executive, non-independent Vice-Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.

Stephanie Phoebe Michaelidou was born in Limassol in 1980. Her family comes from Famagusta. She studied at the University of Warwick from where she obtained in 2000 a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics. She also holds an MSc in Management with Specialisation in Marketing from the University of Bath, obtained in 2001. Since 2001 she has been employed in family companies of the Takis Kyriakides & Co. Ltd Group, operating in the sectors of wholesale and retail trade and land development, where she holds managerial positions. She has held the positions of chairwoman and member of the boards of directors of several humanitarian and charity organisations.
