ANNOUNCEMENT

LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd (the "Company") announces that, at its meeting of yesterday, its Board of Directors elected as new Members Mrs. Evrita Malli and Mrs. Maria Ioannou Achillides, as well as Mr. Marios Anastasiou and Mr. Andreas A. Andreou.

The Board of Directors then elected Mr. Michael Athanasiou, current Non-Executive Member as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors and set up the Committees as follows:
