Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the September 28th, 2015 the Company acquired 13.913 treasury shares which represents 0,0110% of the share capital, on the September 29th 2015 57.606 treasury shares or 0,0457% of the capital, on the September 30th, 2015 40.550 treasury shares or 0,0322% of the capital and on the October 1st, 2015 it acquired 2.300 treasury shares which represents 0,0018% of the share capital. After this acquisitions the Company holds a total of 1.092.940 treasury shares representing 0,8672% of the Company's share capital.
