Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the Half-Year ended 30 June 2021

We wish to inform you that at its meeting of 24 September 2021, the Board of Directors of Demetra Holdings Plc examined and approved the Group's Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the Half-Year ended 30 June 2021 (the "Half-Yearly Financial Results 2021"). The information provided in the Half-Yearly Results of 2021 is not audited by the Company's Auditors.

The Interim Condensed Consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss Account and Other Comprehensive Income and the Interim Condensed Consolidated Statement of Financial Position will be published in "Politis" newspaper on 28 September 2021. Investors can obtain copies of the Half-Yearly Financial Results of 2021, as approved by the Board of Directors, from the Company's registered office, 13 Limassol Ave., 5 th floor, 2112 Aglantzia, tel.: 22-818222. The Half-Yearly Financial Results of 2021 will be posted on the Company's website, www.demetra.com.cy.
