Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the September 10th, 2015 the Company acquired 28.485 treasury shares which represents 0,0226% of the share capital and on the September 11 th, 2015 the Company acquired 5.182 treasury shares which represents 0,0041% of the share capital. Following these acquisitions, the Company holds a total of 875.965 treasury shares representing 0,6951% of the Company's share capital.
