ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - Interim Dividend Payment to Shareholders

We wish to inform you that at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of Interim Dividend from the profits of 2019.

The interim dividend will be €339.632 which corresponds to €0,022 per share or 12,94% on the share nominal value.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 15th October 2021 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 14th October 2021.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 5th November 2021.
