Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the September 3th, 2015 the Company has acquired 9.055 treasury shares which represent 0,0071% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 842.298 treasury shares representing 0,6683% of the share capital.
