Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the August 31th, 2015 the Company has acquired 7.747 treasury shares which represent 0,0061% of Company's share capital, on the September 1th, 2015 the Company has acquired 45.000 treasury shares which represent 0,0357% of Company's share capital and on the September 2th, 2015 the Company has acquired 6.500 treasury shares which represent 0,0051% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 833.243 treasury shares representing 0,6611% of the share capital.
