Major shareholder notification – Surplus Enterprise Ltd.

Today, Danionics was informed by Surplus Enterprise Ltd., Hong Kong that Surplus Enterprise Ltd.'s holdings of Danionics shares amounts 1.395.056 pcs. after the completion of the capital increase.

Surplus Enterprise Ltd., Hong Kong now holds 9,08% of the share capital and votes in Danionics.
