Subject: Notification on acquisition of treasury shares (RIVP-R-A)

Valamar Riviera d.d., headquartered in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB: 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), in accordance with Article 430 of the Capital Market Act and Articles of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on the August 25th, 2015 the Company has acquired 58 treasury shares which represent 0,000046% of Company's share capital, on the August 26th, 2015 the Company has acquired 30.468 treasury shares which represent 0,0241% of Company's share capital and on the August 27th, 2015 the Company has acquired 29.893 treasury shares which represent 0,0237% of Company's share capital. After this acquisition the Company holds a total of 773.996 treasury shares representing 0,6141% of the share capital.
