Withdrawal of Price Reviews 3 and 4 by Drillisch

Drillisch has informed Telefónica Deutschland of its withdrawal of the price review procedures initiated in January 2019 and July 2019 (Price Reviews 3 and 4).

In December 2019, the independent expert had already fully confirmed Telefónica Deutschland’s MBA MVNO pricing applicable from September 2017 onwards ( Price Review 1 ) and thus rejected the request of Drillisch for a retroactive price reduction.

Further pricing review procedures requested by Drillisch in July 2018 (Price Review 2) and January 2020 (Price Review 5) remain pending. We expect these to be resolved over the next few months.
