Subject: Notification on initiation of the procedure of transfer of minority shareholders' shares of Hoteli Baška d.d. company

VALAMAR RIVIERA d.d., being the major shareholder who, together with its dependent companies VALA BAŠĆANSKA d.o.o., MIRTA BAŠĆANSKA d.o.o. and BAŠKATURIST d.o.o., holds a total of 256.027 (two hundred and fifty six thousand twenty seven) representing 95,35% of total number of regular shares of company Hoteli Baška d.d., seated in Baška, Geistlicha Emila 39, OIB: 07008253173, has brought the decision on initiation of the procedure of transfer of minority shareholders' shares of Hoteli Baška d.d. company in accordance with provisions of the Companies Act. The initiated procedure is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
