Subject: Announcement of the held Management Board meeting

Valamar Riviera d.d. seated in Pore , Stancija Kaligari 1, OIB 36201212847 (hereinafter: Company) in accordance with provisions of Article 123 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange hereby announces that a Management Board meeting was held on the 30th of July 2015 during which the quarterly financial reports for the second quarter of 2015 and the semi-annul financial reports for the first half of 2015 have been determined.

The quarterly financial reports for the second quarter of 2015 and the semi-annul financial reports for the first half of 2015 shall be published in the prescribed terms in accordance with relevant regulations.
