Subject: New member of the Supervisory Board

In accordance with the provisions of Capital Market Law, we inform you that the Works Council of AD Plastik Inc. has appointed Mrs. Dolores Čerina, OIB:59876627629, as a member and workers' representative in the Supervisory Board of AD Plastik Inc.

The term of office of newly appointed Supervisory Board Member shall begin on the date of adoption of this decision and it shall last for 4 (four years).
